I don't know if you can see the porch, but # 6, 5 are finished. We have even gotten Ferrell gas to put in some gas tanks. Jim will finance with $2,000 down. We will rent for $500 (includes lot rent) with deposit. Lot rent is $250 if you purchase the home. Gas stove, refrigerator, shower, some furniture.
